Aakar 2026 is India's largest integrated exhibition for the hotel, restaurant, catering, hospitality, tent decor and event infrastructure industries and will be held from 19 to 22 August 2026 at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida. The exhibition will feature over 1200 exhibitors and attract more than 100000 trade visitors from across India and overseas. It serves as a comprehensive sourcing platform showcasing commercial kitchen equipment, bakery machinery, refrigeration systems, restaurant and bar equipment, hospitality furniture and interiors, tableware, food and beverage products, catering infrastructure, hotel supplies, hospitality technology and event infrastructure. The exhibition attracts key decision makers including hoteliers, restaurateurs, caterers, banquet operators, event planners, architects, interior designers and procurement professionals. Aakar 2026 also promotes international participation through overseas companies, trade delegations and buyers.
