One of the largest business exhibitions in Kansai to expand sales channels specializing in the ramen industry, the Ramen Industry Exhibition "RAMEN EXPO in Kansai" began in 2008 in the Kansai region. Our mission is to accelerate the ramen business, support the ramen boom, and revitalize the ramen industry as an indispensable exhibition for new customer development, market development, and PR. Based on the concept of "Creating a New Bowl for the future," we are inviting not only food manufacturers such as noodle and flour millers, dashi and seasonings, soups, and toppings, but also we are looking for opportunities for business negotiations with companies that have products and services that can be proposed to the ramen industry, such as noodle machines, cooking utensils, kitchen equipment, tableware, store equipment, and sales promotions, as well as ramen shops and businesses that handle ramen.
