| Message from organizer | The Japanese Food Culture Association (JFCA), a U.S. non-profit organization, has been certified as an "Export Support Platform" by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF), and with the support of JETRO, will hold a three-day event space in the Japan Village, a Japanese food and culture complex in Brooklyn, NY, for visitors to the facility to sample Japanese food and beverages. The exhibitors are local Japanese food trading companies. Exhibitors will also have the opportunity to meet with local Japanese food trading companies, retailers, and restaurant owners. EATUSA, Inc. will serve as the Japan representative office and provide various support for exhibitors from Japan. |
