Message from organizer From all over Japan to Niigata, from Niigata to all over Japan. An "international food trade fair" that creates new value from tradition to the latest trends. The exhibition is expected to: 1) create business opportunities in the Sea of Japan, Tokyo metropolitan area and adjacent areas based in Niigata, 2) establish its position as a must-see event for food buyers after 16 successful editions, 3) provide a wide range of exhibiting items unique to a general exhibition, and is continuously supported by not only private companies but also by local governments and commercial organizations with diverse business activities, (4) The Japan Food Journal, which boasts strong connections to the food industry, will be on hand to attract buyers from Niigata Prefecture and beyond.
