It is important for the food industry to address today's health challenges, promote sustainable practices, and respond to the increasing demand from consumers seeking healthier options. Asia is predicted to grow from a rapidly expanding market of $988.46 billion in 2024 to $1.4056 trillion by 2032, with an average annual growth rate of 4.5% (food navigator asia.com). The Food for Health Pavilion is a specialised event within Health & Innovation Asia, organised by VNU Exhibitions Asia & Pacific. This Pavilion focuses on health foods, organic foods, vegan foods, plant-based foods, functional foods, and food trade in the ASEAN and Asia-Pacific regions. It is an event where researchers from food, health, technology, and science come together. |
