The Ramen Industry Exhibition was first held in 2006 at Pacifico Yokohama in the Kanto region, and began in 2008 in the Kansai region. Our mission is to accelerate the ramen business, support the ramen boom, and revitalize the ramen industry as an indispensable exhibition for new customer development, market development, and PR. This year, which marks the 20th year since the first event, is based on the concept of "Creating a new bowl for the future." We are inviting food manufacturers such as noodle and flour millers, dashi and seasonings, soups, and toppings. We are looking for opportunities for business negotiations with companies that have products and services that can be proposed to the ramen industry, such as noodle machines, cooking utensils, kitchen equipment, tableware, store equipment, and sales promotions, as well as ramen shops and businesses that handle ramen.
