| Message from organizer | The Dar es Salaam International Fair is an annual event by Tan Trade, occurring from June 28 to July 13. Positioned as a leading trade promotion platform in Eastern and Central Africa, DITF facilitates exhibitors to showcase goods, services, and technology, targeting new markets. The exhibits cover a broad spectrum, including agriculture, food, textiles, manufacturing, furniture, automobiles, electronics, and more. Participation options range from shared pavilions to open spaces, with charges specified in the application form. Anticipated visitors average 300,000, comprising importers, wholesalers, business executives, government officials, and the general public. Supporting partners include private companies, sector associations, banks, ministries, international organizations, embassies, and the media. DITF incorporates events like buyer-seller meetings, symposiums, seminars, and tourist visits. The fair coincides with a national festival on July 7, drawing over 150,000 visitors. |
