The event is held by the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Union of Machinery Companies of Kazakhstan, and Astana-Expo KS Exhibition Company. The event was awarded the status of "UFI International Approved Event" by the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry UFI confirming the high level of the organization and the reliability of the statistical data of the exhibition.
