Sweets & Bakes Asia is held alongside International Coffee & Tea Asia and Cafe Asia. This unique cluster of three events will showcase raw materials such as cocoa, specialty coffee beans, and exotic tea leaves, to roasters, grinders, and intricate barista equipment, to bakery supplies, top-grade ingredients, and equipment - all serving the key facets of the cafes, coffee businesses, tea establishments, and bakeries. To add spice and variety to the mix, CEMS will also be organizing the Restaurant Asia, in collaboration with the influential Restaurant Association of Singapore - all under one roof.
