"Premium Food Show" is consist of 5 food categories, Halal food, vegetarian/vegan food, gluten-free, organic food, which has been held since 2012, this exhibition will feature new food trends that have attracted attention around the world, such as Halal food, vegetarian/vegan food, gluten-free, and organic foods, among others. By matching products/services that encompass the total background of foods, as religions, lifestyles, health and food safety/security, "Premium Food Show" aims to invigorate "inbound tourism"and"overseas exports,"and to discover new needs in Japan's domestic market.
