[RFP] Boot Camp & Popup Event Implementation for Hands-on Business Matching Support Program

GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. Subject: Implementation of a Boot Camp and Popup Events under the Hands-on Business Matching Support Program (United States)
  2. Term of Contract: The contract start date to October 31st, 2026
  3. Closing Date for Application: 1:00pm (PT) on April 28th, 2026
  4. Content of Contract: As indicated in Scope of Works (Attachment 1)

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS

  1. Qualification Requirement
    NOT under the circumstances of being denied participation due to unethical and/or unlawful activities by either JETRO or Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) from previous procurement offerings.

  2. Preparation of Application
    No oral, telephone, or facsimile will be accepted. All costs of preparation shall be borne by the Applicants.

  3. Scope of Work
    As indicated in Scope of works (Attachment 1)
  4. Total Contract Amount (Inclusive of Tax)
    1. The total payment shall not exceed USD $35,000. Furthermore, the payment of USD $35,000 is not guaranteed.
    2. The number of tasks, required hours, and other related work volumes shall be determined based on prior instructions and corresponding approvals issued by our company.
    3. Expenses such as telephone charges, photocopying fees, and other administrative costs shall be included in the contract fee and will not be borne by JETRO. Travel time and other expenses related to transportation and implementation shall also be deemed included in the contract fee, unless otherwise specified in the scope of work.

  5. Payment
    One-third of the total amount shall be paid upon execution of the contract, one-third upon completion of the bootcamp, and the remaining amount may be invoiced after all tasks confirmed by JETRO.

  6. Delivery of application
    All Application and proposal document (see below) shall be sent to the following email address by 1:00pm (PT) on April 28th, 2026

    Screening of Application documents and doing online meetings by JETRO San Francisco

  9. Announcement of Tender
    Tender will be announced to bidders by email. Given the nature of the bidding process, JETRO will refrain from providing feedback on the results.
