GENERAL INFORMATION
1. Subject: JETRO “Japan–UK Deep-Tech Bridge Commercialisation Programme”
2. Closing date for Application: 17:00 (BST) on 7th August 2026
3. Term of contract: the contract start date to 31st March 2027
4. Content of Contract: As indicated in Specification (Attachment 1)
INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS
1. Qualification Requirements
1) Prospective candidate(s) engaged in the project must satisfy the conditions stated in Japan–UK Deep-Tech Bridge Commercialisation Programme Specifications. (Attachment 1)
2) NOT under the circumstances of being denied participation due to unethical and/or unlawful activities by either JETRO or Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry (METI) from previous procurement offerings.
3) Prospective candidate(s) must meet the following minimum specification:
A) Accelerator, Venture Capital, or any other related organization
B) Proven track-record across the UK and Europe
2. Preparation of Application
1) Applications shall be prepared in accordance with the Proposal Preparation Guidelines (Attachment 2).
2) Applications submitted orally, by telephone, or via fax will not be accepted. All costs associated with the preparation shall be borne by the Applicant.
3. Delivery of Application
All Application documents (listed below) must be submitted to the following e-mail addresses by 17:00 (BST) on 7th August 2026.

Screening of application documents will be conducted by JETRO London, JETRO Headquarters.
6. Announcement of Tender
The results of the tender will be announced to bidders via email. Given the nature of the bidding process, JETRO reserves the right to withhold detailed feedback on the evaluation results.
