GENERAL INFORMATION

 
INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS

 
1. Qualification Requirements 
1) Prospective candidate(s) engaged in the project must satisfy the conditions stated in J-StarX UK DeepTech Accelerator Programme Specifications. (Attachment 1) 
2) NOT under the circumstances of being denied participation due to unethical and/or unlawful activities by either JETRO or Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry (METI) from previous procurement offerings.

2. Preparation of Application 
1) Applications shall be prepared in accordance with the Proposal Preparation Guidelines (Attachment 2) and include the Quotation Form (Attachment 3). 

2) Applications submitted by orally, by telephone, or via fax will not be accepted. All costs associated with the preparation shall be borne by the Applicant.

3. Delivery of Application

All Application documents (listed below) must be submitted to the following e-mail addresses by 17:00 (GMT) on 23rd April, 2026.

 5. Evaluation of Application:

Screening of Application documents will be conducted by JETRO London, JETRO Headquarters.

6. Announcement of Tender

The results of the tender will be announced to bidders via email. Given the nature of the bidding process, JETRO reserves the right to withhold detailed feedback on the evaluation results.
