1. Subject: JETRO “J-StarX UK Impact Accelerator Programme”
2. Closing date for Application: 17:00 (GMT) on 15th April, 2026
3. Term of contract: the contract start date to 31th March, 2027
4. Content of Contract: As indicated in Specification (Attachment 1)
INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS
1. Qualification Requirements
1) Prospective candidate(s) engaged in the project must satisfy the conditions stated in J-StarX UK Impact Accelerator Programme Specifications(Attachment 1).
2) NOT under the circumstances of being denied participation due to unethical and/or unlawful activities by either JETRO or Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry (METI) from previous procurement offerings.
3) Prospective candidate(s) must meet the following minimum specification:
A) Accelerator, Venture Capital or any other related organization
B) Proven track-record in various UK and European countries
2. Preparation of Application
1) Applications shall be prepared in accordance with the Proposal Preparation Guidelines (Attachment 2).
2) Applications submitted by orally, by telephone, or via fax will not be accepted. All costs associated with the preparation shall be borne by the Applicant.
3. Delivery of Application
All Application documents (listed below) must be submitted to the following e-mail addresses by 17:00 (GMT) on 15th April, 2026.

Screening of Application documents will be conducted by JETRO London, JETRO Headquarters.
6. Announcement of Tender
The results of the tender will be announced to bidders via email. Given the nature of the bidding process, JETRO reserves the right to withhold detailed feedback on the evaluation results.
