INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS

1. Qualification Requirements
1) Prospective candidate(s) engaged in the project must satisfy the conditions stated in JETRO Global Acceleration Hub 2026 Mentoring Programme Specifications. (Attachment 1)
2)  The Applicant must not currently be suspended or excluded from participating in procurement activities by JETRO or the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).

 

2. Preparation of Application
1) Applications shall be prepared in accordance with the Proposal Preparation Guidelines (Attachment 2) and include the Quotation Form (Attachment 3).

2) Applications submitted orally, by telephone, or via fax will not be accepted. All costs associated with the preparation shall be borne by the Applicant.

 

3. Delivery of Application

All Application documents (listed below) must be submitted to the following e-mail addresses by 17:00 (GMT) on 10th April, 2026.

 5. Evaluation of Application:

Screening of Application documents will be conducted by JETRO London.

 

6. Announcement of Tender

The results of the tender will be announced to bidders via email. Given the nature of the bidding process, JETRO reserves the right to withhold detailed feedback on the evaluation results.
