1. Subject: JETRO Global Acceleration Hub 2026 Europe-wide Business Matching Support Programme

3.       Term of contract: the contract start date to 31st March, 2027

4.       Content of Contract: As indicated in Application Guidelines (Attachment 1)

INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS

1. Qualification Requirements
1) Prospective candidate(s) engaged in the project must satisfy the conditions stated in JETRO Global Acceleration Hub 2026 Europe-wide Business Matching Support Programme Specifications. (Attachment 1)
2) NOT under the circumstances of being denied participation due to unethical and/or unlawful activities by either JETRO or Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry (METI) from previous procurement offerings.

 

2. Preparation of Application
1) Applications shall be prepared in accordance with the Proposal Preparation Guidelines (Attachment 2) and include the Quotation Form (Attachment 3).

2) Applications submitted by orally, by telephone, or via fax will not be accepted. All costs associated with the preparation shall be borne by the Applicant.

 

3. Delivery of Application

All Application documents (listed below) must be submitted to the following e-mail addresses by 17:00 (GMT) on 8th April, 2026.

 5. Evaluation of Application:

Screening of Application documents will be conducted by JETRO London.

 

6. Announcement of Tender

The results of the tender will be announced to bidders via email. Given the nature of the bidding process, JETRO reserves the right to withhold detailed feedback on the evaluation results.
