In which any chemicals “Substance or Mixture” qualified as hazardous substances under DIW’s responsibility shall be classified to 4 types of hazardous substance in accordance with Hazardous Substance Act B.E. 2335 as necessary for administer. The producer, importer, exporter, or possessor shall proceed to each type of regulation relevant to hazardous substance operation.
