With a nod to the iconic Tsukiji Fish Market, the 'Seafood Market' at Dough & Grocer offered a diverse range of dining experiences, including Chef's Choice Donburi, DIY Chirashi Bowl, and Sushi/Sashimi Sets. Diners also had the opportunity to indulge in seven exquisite Donburi options, each showcasing a combination of premium seafood sourced from across Japan. From succulent Yellowtail from Ehime Prefecture to delicate Sea Bream from Awaji-Hyogo, every dish showcased the unparalleled quality and flavor of Japanese seafood. For the adventurous foodies, the DIY Chirashi Bowl allowed guests to customize their own rice bowls with a variety of toppings, while those craving traditional sushi and sashimi were treated to meticulously crafted sets featuring the finest cuts of fish and shellfish.
