JETRO a le plaisir de vous convier à assister aux deux conférences qu’elle organise au prochain marché du film à Cannes.
La première aura lieu le mercredi 14 mai de 11h à midi, sur le thème :
« France-Japan filmmaking: Unlock the power of cooperation between the 2 countries »
Les trois intervenants sont Jérémie Kessler, directeur des affaires européennes et internationales au CNC, Mme Eiko Mizuno-Gray, productrice (Loaded Films) du film en compétition officielle Renoir, et enfin Christophe Bruncher, lui aussi producteur (Ici et Là Productions) de Renoir.
Cette table-ronde abordera la question des coproductions entre les deux pays et des pistes pour les développer.
La deuxième conférence aura lieu le vendredi 16 mai de 10h à 11h et aura pour thème :
« Distributors, Festivals, Platforms: Why bet on Japanese Cinema? »
Trois intervenantes témoigneront de l’attractivité du cinéma japonais : Amel Lacombe, fondatrice et Présidente d’Eurozoom, Nousha Saint-Martin, Présidente du festival KINOTAYO et Eve Gabereau, fondatrice et Présidente de Modern Films, Directrice de la distribution chez Vue Lumière (UK).
Atsuko Ohno, productrice (Hassaku Labsau Japon et Survivance en France) sera modératrice des deux conférences.
Ces deux conférences se tiendront au Viewpoint, niveau Lérins du Palais des Festivals, en anglais et ouvertes à tous.

JETRO is pleased to invite you to attend the two conferences it is organizing at the upcoming Cannes Film Market.
The first will take place on Wednesday, May 14th from 11:00 a.m. to noon, on the theme:
"France-Japan Filmmaking: Unlock the Power of Cooperation Between the Two Countries."
The three speakers are Jérémie Kessler, Director of European and International Affairs at the CNC; Ms. Eiko Mizuno-Gray, producer (Loaded Films) of the film Renoir in official competition; and finally, Christophe Bruncher, also a producer (Ici et Là Productions) of Renoir.
This roundtable will address the issue of co-productions between the two countries and ways to develop them.
The second conference will take place on Friday, May 16th from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and will focus on: "Distributors, Festivals, Platforms: Why bet on Japanese Cinema?"
Three speakers will discuss the appeal of Japanese cinema: Amel Lacombe, founder and President of Eurozoom; Nousha Saint-Martin, President of the KINOTAYO festival; and Eve Gabereau, founder and President of Modern Films and Director of Distribution at Vue Lumière (UK).
Atsuko Ohno, producer (Hassaku Labs in Japan and Survivance in France), will moderate both conferences.
These two conferences will be held at Viewpoint, Lérins level of the Palais des Festivals, in English and open to all.
