First Prize in the potato shochu division of the National Liquor Competition in 2020 Autumn. Grand Prix in the JAL Shochu Project and served in the international flights.

“Koji” is the most important key for making delicious Shochu. We will not compromise for making “good Koji”. We carefully make “Koji” using a traditional way by hand with taking time and efforts. In order to bring out the best taste of sweet potatoes and produce flavorful shochu, we prepare for our shochu with higher ratio of the sweet potatoes to the rice koji.Isa, where our distiller sits, is ideal for making shochu and well known all over Japan as "Hometown of Good Shochu".
