Kuro Kirishima is made from Japanese sweet potato ｢Kogane-Sengan｣, clear subterranean water「Kirishima Rekka-sui」and Black Koji. Black Koji gives rich sweetness and crisp palate.
Shiro Kirishima is made from Japanese sweet potato Kogane Sengan, natural subterranean water “Kirishima Rekkasui" and White Koji. Respecting tradition but pursuing a greater evolution, the flavor is always smooth and never grows dull.
Aka Kirishima uses purple Murasaki Masari sweet potato, rich in polyphenols which react with the citric acid generated by the shochu koji to produce a bright red color that gives Aka Kirishima its name. Distinctive for its lingering sweetness and refined aroma.
