OVERVIEW
The Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) will present the Japan Pavilion at the NRA (National Restaurant Association) Show 2019 in Chicago. Seventeen companies from Japan will participate in our Pavilion, with each one featuring a range of modern and traditional Japanese foods, including Seafood, Seasonings, Rice, Sake, Whiskey, Teas, Noodles, Soup Stocks (Dashi), Sauces, Confectioneries and much more!
The Japan Pavilion will be offering some of Japan’s most authentic flavors. Importantly, some of Chicago’s very top chefs will be creating their own food tastings using our Japan Pavilion’s flavors and ingredients. Please come savor their unique creations!
