Overview

1. Title: X-HUB TOKYO GLOBAL STARTUP ACCELERATOR OUTBOUND PROGRAM
East Coast Program

2. Contract Period: Contract Execution Date (June 2026) to March 12th, 2027

3. Application Deadline: 23:59 (EDT) June 12th, 2026

4. Proposal Content: As written in the attached specifications document.

Application Requirements (Prerequisites)

1. Company is able to give appropriate advice and communicate smoothly with startup companies and global companies in both Japan and New York and /or Boston.

2. Include introduction of team (bio, resume) involved in the program, including executives.

3. Include introduction of mentors related to the program industry sectors in the proposal.

4. Provide a detailed timeline of the program from start to finish.

5. Ensure the program be built upon a schedule plan catered to a Japanese startup expansion strategy in the U.S.

6. Include case studies of a successful company in a cohort in any year with a relevant exit strategy.

7. Provide measures to handle confidential and/or personal information.

8. The applicant must not have been subject to suspension by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) and the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry in the past.
