GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Project Name: Planning, Preparation, and Implementation of Integrated Marketing Communications of Sake

2. Term of Contract: From the date of signing the contract to March 12th, 2027

3. Application Deadline: 3pm (PDT) June 5th, 2026

4. Project Details and Requirements: As indicated in SOW (Attachment 1)

5. Maximum Budget: USD $610,000.00 (including all taxes and fees)

6. Number of Contractors: 1 company

INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS

Qualification Requirements
1. Applicants must satisfy all conditions stated in the SOW (Attachment 1).
2. Applicants must NOT be under the circumstances of being denied participation due to unethical and/or unlawful activities by either JETRO or Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry (METI) of Japan from previous procurement offerings.
Preparation of Application
1. Applicant shall prepare the Application Form (Attachment 2) and a project proposal including a budget breakdown, both of which should include all required activities/events stated in SOW.
2. All costs of preparation shall be borne by the applicant.
Delivery of Application
1. The Application Form, a project proposal, and a breakdown of budget must be sent by email no later than 3pm (PDT) June 5th, 2026.
2. Submit by email only. ( Attn: JFOODO lag-jfoodo@jetro.go.jp) No oral, telephone, or facsimile application will be accepted.
Language of Application
English or Japanese
Evaluation of Application
1. JETRO Los Angeles will screen and evaluate application documents based on the Evaluation Form (attachment 3).
2. The proposed budget amount will NOT be a factor in the evaluation process if it is at or below the Maximum Budget amount.
3. JETRO will not return any documents submitted.
Announcement of Tender
The tender will be announced to applicants by email no later than June 17^th, 2026. Given the nature of the RFP process, JETRO will not provide feedback on the results.
