Request for Proposals (RFP): FY2025 “JETRO Webinar Program Coordinator”

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. Subject: JETRO Webinar Program Coordinator
  2. Term of Contract: From the contract date to December 31, 2025
  3. Closing Date for Application: 2:00 PM (PDT) on July 16, 2025
  4. Contents of Contract: As indicated in the Application Guidelines (Attachment 1: Specification)

 

INSTRUCTION TO APPLICANTS

  1. Qualification Requirements
    1. Prospective candidate(s) must meet the conditions stated in the Specification (Attachment 1).
    2. Applicants must not be under any restriction or disqualification from participating in procurement by JETRO or the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry (METI) due to unethical or unlawful activities.

  2. Preparation of Application
    Applications must be prepared using the Application Form included in this RFP (Attachment 2).
    All requested information must be completed in the designated sections.
    Oral, telephone, or facsimile submissions will not be accepted.
    All preparation costs are the responsibility of the applicant.

  3. Delivery of Application
    Submit the following documents by email no later than 2:00 PM (PDT) on July 16, 2025:
    1. Signed Application Form (1 copy)
    2. Business Proposal (1 copy)
    3. Quote for the JETRO Webinar Program Coordinator service (1 copy)

  4. Language of Application
    All documents must be submitted in English.

  5. Evaluation of Application
    1st Evaluation: Screening of application documents by JETRO San Francisco
    2nd Evaluation: Online presentation by selected applicants (tentatively scheduled for July 21, 2025)
    Details will be provided to applicants who pass the 1st evaluation.
    Note: Submitted documents will not be returned.

  6. Announcement of Tender
    Results will be announced via email no later than July 24, 2025.
    Due to the nature of the bidding process, JETRO will not provide individual feedback on the results.
