JETRO, G-QuAT, Q-STAR, and NEDO will host the Japan-U.S. Quantum Innovation Exchange as a side event of Quantum World Congress 2026.

The event will bring together Japanese and U.S. stakeholders for startup pitches, networking, and pre-arranged one-on-one business matching meetings. Participants will include startups, research organizations, corporations, investors, and ecosystem partners. Additional participating companies and organizations will be announced as they are confirmed.

· JIJ Inc. - Decision intelligence and optimization company applying quantum, mathematical optimization, and computation technologies.

· LQUOM, Inc. - Developer of quantum communication, quantum repeater, and quantum internet technologies.

· Nanofiber Quantum Technologies, Inc. - Developer of cavity-QED-based quantum interconnects and networking technologies for scalable quantum computing.

· G-QuAT (AIST) – A research center of Japan's National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), advancing the convergence of quantum and AI technologies through hybrid computing, use case development, and ecosystem building to accelerate the social implementation of quantum technologies.

· Q-STAR – Industry alliance promoting the growth of quantum-related industries and business opportunities through collaboration among companies, universities, research institutions, and international partners.

· NEDO – Japan's public R&D funding and management organization supporting innovation, commercialization, and international collaboration in emerging technology fields, including quantum technologies and next-generation computing. NEDO also offers a unique program that enables collaboration with Japanese companies, provides free access to quantum computing resources, and offers opportunities to tackle more than 50 societal challenges in pursuit of a grand prize.
