Learn more about Japanese sake and foods at this industry-only tasting event. Meet several food and drink importers and try a wide variety of products including fresh seafood, wagyu, artisanal soy sauces and vinegars, Japanese citrus juices, green tea, whiskey, and more. 


This event will feature a number of professional presentations:

  2. Learn about the unique qualities of Japanese tea from Rishi Tea's experts
  3. Taste hand-crafted cheese and specially-paired sake for a delightful tasting experience


This industry event is excellent for food and beverage buyers interested in networking with a number of local and overseas experts. This event is free to attend, but all attendees must be over 21 and have a valid, government-issued ID to enter the venue.
