SUMMARY

Round out your sake knowledge with this free sake tasting. This event will also feature an educational session on the history of sake, how to distinguish different types of sake, and how to pair sake with various foods (including non-Japanese foods) for an optimal drinking experience. 


This event's featured guest speaker is Monica Samuels, a sake expert from Vine Connections. 


This event is free, but pre-registration is required and attendees must be 21 years of age or older to sample alcohol. Many thanks to The Consulate-General of Japan in Chicago, Japan Sake and Shochu Makers Association, and The Japane Society of North America for co-hosting this event with JETRO.
