JETRO × AZCA AI Pitch Event #1

JETROとAZCAの共催によるオンラインのピッチイベントを開催します。

今やあらゆる領域にAIが使われるようになり、2025年上半期グローバルのベンチャーキャピタルによるスタートアップへの投資金額の半分以上がAI関連となっています。

日本においてもAIの活用は活発になりつつありますが、今回シリコンバレーを中心に10社程度のスタートアップがピッチします。いずれも日本展開に興味がある、あるいは日本企業とのパートナーシップを模索するスタートアップです。

AI開発、AI学習、セキュリティ、IoT、消費財メーカー向けの原材料探索AIなど幅広い業界でソリューションを提供するスタートアップがピッチします。（ピッチは英語です）

なお、医療機器、ライフサイエンス関連のAIスタートアップに関しては、11月6日（木）に予定している第二回のピッチイベントを開催する予定です。

JETRO and AZCA will be co-hosting an AI-centered online pitch event series this autumn, with the first event on October 14th (PT).

AI technology is no longer limited to the tech sphere, but is actively being utilized across a wide array of industries, from medicine to agriculture to manufacturing and more. More than half of global venture capital investment in startups in the first half of 2025 were AI-related.

AI usage is seeing tremendous growth in Japan, and many Japanese companies are eager to incorporate AI into their businesses. For this pitch event, JETRO will be featuring approx. 10 U.S.-based AI startups that are either interested in expanding to Japan or seeking partnerships with Japanese companies.

Our lineup includes startups involved in AI development, AI learning, security, IoT, and raw material discovery for consumer goods manufacturing.

Please note: the pitches will be conducted in English, while introductions and moderation will be conducted in Japanese.

We will also be hosting our second AI pitch event focused on AI for life science and medical applications on November 5th (PT). Details to come.
