We will host sushi professional, Mr. Hideaki Yamagata from the All Japan Sushi Association Sushi Skills Institute. He will introduce Japanese seafood ingredients for sushi and will demonstrate his skills with different kinds of nigiri sushi.
Due to the limited seating we have for the seminar, it will be first come first serve base. The business matching program will be available during the seminar in a different room (The Monor).
There will be 8 exhibitors from Japan exhibiting seafood and seafood products. Attendees are free to communicate with exhibitors and will have business matchmaking opportunities.
