OVERVIEW

JETRO and CIC's Japan Desk are hosting a pitch event featuring Japanese biotech startups, some of whom will be exhibiting that week at the Japan Pavilion at BIO International Convention 2023 in Boston.

The event will be an opportunity for promising Japanese startups to pitch their products to U.S. venture capital firms and pharmaceutical companies. Each startup will be given 2 minutes to present.

The event will also feature presentations by Japanese local government representatives, including the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, Kobe City, and Yokohama City, and will close with a networking session.
