Eisuke Tsuyuzaki – Technology Consultant


Eisuke Tsuyuzaki held the position of Chief Technology Officer and Vice President, Corporate development at Panasonic North America where he led numerous new technology products and services from concept, standardization and corporate partnerships with global impact including in media, smart home, wellness, healthcare and energy solutions. Before joining Panasonic, Eisuke held executive positions at Sony Corporation and Sony Pictures including Senior VP of Digital Operations and Business Development at Sony Pictures Entertainment.


Eisuke is now an independent consultant for various non-profit, start-ups and corporate clients ranging from virtual and augmented reality, social media, connected automobiles, wellness, to IoT products and services in the San Francisco Bay area.


In his role as JETRO Japan Technology Advisor he supports JETRO in carrying out its mandate to facilitate foreign direct investment into Japan.


  

Larry Furman – Managing Director of Plastronics


Larry Furman has spent the last 20+ years developing and selling burn-in sockets and custom connectors to the semiconductor, automotive, and aerospace industry. He has held senior management positions at Texas Instruments and Plastronics; including: North American & European Sales and Marketing Manager for Texas Instruments US, Asia Business Manager for Texas Instruments Japan, and for the last thirteen years Business Development Manager & Managing Director for Plastronics.


The last ten years at Plastronics has largely been dedicated to the development and promotion of Plastronics innovative stamped spring probe technology; the H-Pin. Larry received his undergraduate degree from Drake University, and his MBA from Boston University which included Boston University’s International Business Management Program in Kobe, Japan.
