Automotive Matchmaking 2026 is a business matchmaking event designed to foster new business opportunities and strengthen automotive industry supply chains by strategically connecting purchasing companies and suppliers through pre-scheduled business meetings.

Event Format

 

The event will be conducted through a B2B business meeting format, where purchasing companies will be assigned individual tables and receive suppliers according to a meeting schedule prepared in advance by the organizers.

 

Each meeting will last 25 minutes, allowing suppliers to present their company's capabilities, identify business opportunities, and explore potential collaboration projects.

 

Supplier representatives will have access to a designated waiting area to monitor and follow their meeting schedules. Coffee break service will also be provided throughout the event.

 

At the conclusion of the B2B meetings, a networking session will be held to facilitate contact exchanges, strengthen business relationships, and create new partnership opportunities among companies from Germany, Japan, and Guanajuato.

a) Registration as a supplier company does not guarantee participation in the event. Participation confirmations will be issued starting November 3, subject to confirmation that the products or processes offered match the requirements of the purchasing companies.

 

b) We kindly request that you send a PDF company presentation to infomex@jetro.go.jp Submission of this document is mandatory for consideration for participation in the event.

 

c) The language of the B2B business meetings may be English, depending on the requirements of each purchasing company.
