JETRO is providing an opportunity to exhibit in "CEATEC 2011", the annual ICT tradeshow in Japan, for chosen innovative ICT companies.
The chosen companies will benefit from this event, an own booth with exclusive interpreter, pre-arranged meetings with Japanese ICT key players, PR to the local industry and the media, and professional consultation services - all for free of charge.

"CEATEC Japan", the annual ICT & electronics tradeshow, With average of 200,000 visitors, will take place on coming October at Makuhari Messe, near Tokyo.
The key players of the Japanese and international industries are expecting to attend, exhibit and present through the conferences and exhibition of this event.

Qualifications / Requirements


(1) Participants must be non-Japanese firms and (all of the below)
i) Have a definite strategy for entry into the Japanese market or seeking for a Japanese business partner
ii) Not have a subsidiary or branch office in Japan
iii) Pass the JETRO screening process (refer "Rules & Regulations" document enclosed)

(2) Other important requirements
i) In general, a company must not have an exclusive sales agent or a distributor. Foreign companies that already have a distributor in Japan must obtain a letter of consent from such third party and submit it to JETRO prior to or at the start of the event, until application deadline.
ii) Participants must be able to take part in the entire event.
iii) Participants must have tangible products, services, and technologies relevant to "CEATEC Japan 2011". (Consulting firms, resellers/distributors and outsourcing companies are not eligible.)

How to Apply


After you have read and agreed to the "Outline" and "Rules & Regulations", complete the "application form" and submit it, together with supplementary materials (company brochure, product literature and technical white paper), to JETRO Tel-Aviv.
The application form is attached below.
Deadline of sending the application is August 9, 2011 (Tuesday).
