MADE IN JAPAN @ "The 73rd Tokyo International Gift Show"

JETRO is inviting overseas corporations to "The 73rd Tokyo International Gift Show (TIGS)", an international trade show, focused on personal gifts, consumer goods and decorative accessories, which will be held on coming February at Tokyo Big Sight.
The participation fee, including travel cost from Israel, accommodation fee, interpretation and meeting arrangements, for the chosen corporations, are free of charge .

JETRO will chose overseas corporations to invite for this trade show and attend to pre-arranged one-on-one meeting with highly skilled Japanese SMEs.

1.Outline of "MADE IN JAPAN" invitation program

(1) Date : February 5, 2012 – February 11, 2012

(2) Locations : Tokyo Big sight and Tohoku area

(3) Cost : JETRO will cover the following expenses:
i) Roundtrip air fare between Israel and Japan
ii) Transportation fees in Japan (based on JETRO regulations)
iii) Accommodation fees in Japan(based on JETRO regulations)
iv) One-on-one meeting arrangements
v) Interpretation service

2.Qualifications / Requirements

(1) Participants must be non-Japanese firms and (all of the below).
i) Corporate decision maker regarding purchasing
ii) Pass the JETRO screening process.
iii) Accept the "Terms and Conditions" for this program.

(2) Participants must be able to take part in the entire event.

3.How to Apply

Fill the application form enclosed and send it by Email or Fax to JETRO Tel-Aviv office.
The application must be sent by November 18, 2011 (Friday).
JETRO shall contact the applicant by end of December, regarding the result of first screening process.
