invite you to a sake trade-tasting event

on March 7, 2024, from 11:00 to 15:00

 

A business tasting meeting and a sake seminar will be held, as well as a

Japanese scallops introduction incl. tasting of sake in the second part

 

For the first time in Hungary, 8 renowned sake breweries will attend a trade-tasting event, offering a chance to taste 30 different sake, umeshu, and yuzushu. Taste varieties are not commonly available in Central and Eastern Europe yet. Join us for an insightful 2.5-hour business session mainly for professionals where you can engage with the brewers and kick off the event with an informative seminar on sake. In the second half of the program, for the first time and as a unique experience, the representative of Culinary Institute will give a short presentation on high quality Japanese scallops, and you will be able to taste them prepared in different ways. The special beverages will continue to be available for tasting throughout the afternoon at the breweries’ stands.
