JETRO will hold a "Virtual Tour of "Japanese Food Production Sites" on

Dec. 1, 2022.

We will visit Shiga for Japanese Sake and Miyagi (cultured oysters).

    Shiga (Japanese Sake)

 

(2) December 13, 11:00 AM-12:30 PM  [Sign-up before Dec. 6]

   Miyagi (cultured oysters, sea urchins)

3. What is JETRO Virtual Tour?

This program is designed to introduce the attractiveness of 

the Japanese foods to overseas buyers. Using an online tool (ZOOM), 

participants can virtually visit a variety of sites, from farms and 

processing plants to markets and restaurants, and learn how Japanese 

foods are produced in Japanese regions.

 

In the Q&A session, you can talk directly with producers and manufacturers.

It is a good opportunity to learn about the stories and culture behind

the products and the process of making each product.

 

* Since it is a live-streamed tour, you can ask them questions on the spot.

* Japanese/English consecutive interpretation will be available.

* No participation fee!

 Online (live streaming) webinar using ZOOM application

 Language: Japanese/English (consecutive/simultaneous interpretation)

 Overseas buyers and their customers (retailers, restaurants, etc.)
