JETRO Business Conncect 2021 - Application Deadline: Oct. 15, 2021

 

(1) Overview:

JETRO will hold “JETRO Business Connect 2021” as an online business matching event to connect foreign and foreign-affiliated companies with Japanese companies throughout all of Japan. We will offer participating companies opportunities for PR through online pitch events and online meetings with world-class companies, universities, research institutes, and local governments in each region. (2) Event date:

At the end of October: Confirmation of participating companies

From late November to early December: Opening pitch event

＊Presentation by the participating foreign companies

From December to March 2022: Online business matchings

(3) Target Category and Participating regions:

Foreign and foreign-affiliated companies that are interested in working with Japanese companies, universities and research institutes in one of the following categories.

• Health Tech: Miyagi Prefecture, Mie Prefecture and Kyoto City
• Factory Tech: Fukuoka Prefecture, Kitakyushu City and Fukuoka City
• Travel Tech: Hokkaido Prefecture and Kyoto Prefecture

 

(4) Application period:

From September 15th to October 15th 5PM (JST)

(5) Main programs:

Pitch presentations from foreign companies and individual matching sessions with local companies, universities and research institutes.
