JETRO is hosting a Japanese food business meeting event on Wednesday, September 17, 2025.

About 10 to 15 Japanese companies in the food business, having a strong interest in exporting to Central and Eastern European countries and Baltic States, will be participating.

From 9 a.m-1 p.m, you have the opportunity for business discussions including tasting of various products (with pre-registration only). Importers and distributors who are interested in procuring Japanese seafood are welcomed to apply.

From 2p.m-4p.m, importers, distributors, chefs, restaurants, and retailers can try Japanese food & beverages and have quick talks with suppliers.

To those who participate the pre-arranged business meeting session from 9a.m-1p.m.,

JETRO will provide the service below (up to 1 person per company. ) ;

1. Hotel accommodation for two nights (Check-in: September 16th. Check-out: September 18th)

2. A round trip airline tickets from the nearest airport in your country of residence (Central and Eastern Europe and Baltic states) to Chopin Airport
