TTPP “User Guide” provides you with useful “how-to” information, including steps for registration, ways to search business proposals/partners, and other tips and hints to use TTPP functions such as the management of registered information/contact mails and user rating system.
If you review this guide first, you can use TTPP more effectively.
TTPP provides its registered users with opportunities to get business people around the world informed about business proposals for their products and services, but it does not offer services for the delivery of additional information, introduction or intermediation.
Contact directly to a contact person, using the “Sent Inquiry” button after logging in to the “Proposal Detail” page, if you want to inquire about business proposals or user information.

* You can send inquiry forms for 24 hours a day. It is TTPP’s policy to respond to your inquiries as soon as possible, but it may sometimes take time to answer, depending on the circumstances.
TTPP prepares and sends its responses during JETRO's office hours (9:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 17:00 on Mon. through Fri., Closed on national holidays).
* Choose the categories listed below first, and fill-in your questions in “Inquiry Form.”
* When a trouble happens, provide detailed information about an error message and actions you had taken until it appeared.
