How to use Inbox and Sent mailbox for e-mails via TTPP

Check Your Email

Use the "Check Your Email" corner to view "Contact Mails" and "Automatic Matching Result (notification) mails" you have received and "Contact Mails" you have sent.

* Only registered person is asked to send or reply "Contact Mails" in his (her) responsibility.

I want to check the list of e-mails I have sent using TTPP's "Inquiry Form" as well as "opened" or "unopened" status.

After logging in, visit the "Check Your Email" corner and click the "Sent Mail" menu.

"History of Sent Mails" shows the e-mails you have sent using "Inquiry Form"during the last six months.
From the list, you can review business proposals to which you have sent "Contact Mails," and you can see data such as the date/contents of each sent e-mail as well as "opened" or "unopened" status.

* How to send effective "Contact Mails"
TTPP recommends that you input specific message about your interest or intention into the message box.
If a recipient is a foreign user who chose "Receive E-mail in Japanese" setting at user registration, Inquiry Form will be available in Japanese. Japanese users can enter their message in Japanese.
Otherwise, Inquiry Form will be shown in English. Japanese users will have to enter their message in English.

I want to open received e-mails and reply.

You have the following two ways to view "Contact Mails" or "Automatic Matching Result (notification) mails" you have received through TTPP. The lists of received e-mails show the senders' names and the dates when you opened them and replied.

Upon clicking a URL in a notification e-mail, a log-in window for TTPP appears.
Log-in takes you to Inbox for Received Inquiry E-Mails or Automatic Matching Result.

Click the "Received Mail" or "Matching Result" menu in the "Check Your Email" corner to view "Inbox for Received Contact Mails" or "Automatic Matching Result" respectively.

2. How to view "Contact Mails" you received

Click a sender's name listed in "Inbox for Received Contact Mails" and you can read the contact mail as well as the sender's "User Info."

3. How to reply to Inquiry E-mails you received

Click the "Reply" button just below the message and choose the best way to reply from the five options.

1 Reply from your mailer
If you use your own mailer for reply, you can view a history of sent e-mails on your PC. You can continue to send to or receive e-mails from your counterparts without going through TTPP.

Forward to your own address
TTPP keeps your e-mail available for six months. If you forward it to your e-mail address and reply from your mailer, you can use the function for a history of e-mails effectively.

3 Reply through TTPP
If you use this button, you can keep your e-mail address hidden. Reply form is available on the TTPP website to help you write messages quickly. Input without using the form is also possible.

* This button is convenient particularly when you just want to send a simple reply, without responding to specific request or inquiry.

* You can only use TTPP's forward function one time for each e-mail.

4 Report to JETRO
Use this button to send a report to JETRO, for example, when you receive a suspicious e-mail that can be spam or scam or if a business trouble takes place.

5 Delete received e-mail
You can delete an e-mail from the history of received e-mails. You will never be able to restore the e-mails once you have deleted them.
