Manage Your User Info

I want to correct, update, or delete my User Info.

Click "User Info" in the "Confirm/Update Your Info" corner that will be available after logging in, and you can view your "Corporate" and "Contact Person" information.
Go to the bottom of the page and you can use a button to update the confirmation date or to correct/delete your "User Info."
Please take the procedure for correction immediately when the registered information is changed.

How to correct your "Corporate" and "Contact Person" information

Click the "Correction" button and you can access "Entry Form" with your registered information. Correct the contents, and then click the "Confirmation" button and "Apply for Correction" button to complete the application process for correction.

Your "User Number" and "Application Number" will be shown in the "User Info Correction Applied" page.

How to delete your User Info

Click the "Deletion" button and access the "Application for Deletion" page to delete your registered "Contact Person" information.
Enter your message including a reason for the deletion, and then click the "Confirmation" button and "Apply for Deletion" button to complete the application process for deletion.

How to correct "Corporate" information when you find a new job

Delete your registered "Contact Person" information and take a step to register as a new user.

* You cannot use the same e-mail address to register as a new user unless you take these steps for deletion.

* If you don't keep on using the same e-mail address, these steps are not required. TTPP will delete your registration if TTPP's mails have not reached you for five times consecutively.

* TTPP would appreciate it if you take the steps for the deletion because TTPP is collecting data about reasons for deletion to survey how TTPP is used.

How to Change Your Status from Individual User to Corporate User

You can continue to use your "Contact Person" information.
Click the "Change to Corporate Status" button, and the "Corporate Registration" page will be displayed.
Correct your "Contact Person" information.

Manage Your Proposal Information

I want to correct or revise my registered proposals.

Click "Registered Proposals" in the "Confirm/Update Your Info" corner that will be available after logging in.
Click the title of a proposal you want to correct to view the detailed proposal information.
Go to the bottom of the page and you can use a button to update the confirmation date or to correct/delete your registered proposals.

How to update "Confirmation Date"

Click the "Update the Confirmation Date" button to complete the update.
If you update the "Confirmation Date, " your proposals will rank higher in search results.

How to correct your registered proposals

Click the "Correction" button and then choose one or more buttons from buttons for "Offer Type," "Business Type," "Products," and "Detail Description."
Except when you change "Business Type," "Entry Form" with your registered information will appear. Use the form to correct the contents, and then click the "Confirmation" button and "Apply for Correction" button to complete the application process for correction.

* When you change "Business Type," choose a new "Business Type" first and then use the registration form.
If you continue to use the contents of your registered proposals, you can copy and paste the contents on a new registration form to save time required for the entry.

How to delete your registered proposals

Click the "Deletion" button.
After choosing a reason for the deletion, click the "Confirmation" button and "Apply for Deletion" button to complete the application process for deletion.

* TTPP would appreciate it if you take the steps for the deletion because TTPP is collecting data about reasons for deletion to survey how TTPP is used.

How to check the number of  Viewed, Received Mail and Matching Result for your registered proposals

You can review the number of "Viewed," "Received Mail" and "Matching Result" for each of your registered proposals in "List of Registered Proposals" in the "Confirm/Update Your Info" corner that will be available after logging in.

What is "Viewed"?

The number indicates how many times each of your proposals has been viewed within the last six months.

What is "Received Mail"?

The number shows how many "Contact Mails" you have received for each of your proposals within the last six months.
Click a number and you can see "Inbox for Received Contact Mails" to view the contact mail as well as the sender's "User Info." You can reply to the sender easily.

What is "Matching Result"?

The number indicates how many proposals meet the requirements you set to use "Automatic Matching."
Click on a number and you can view the detail and the "Contact Person" information in proposals that meet your requirements for "Automatic Matching."
