This technology is method to generate large expansion pressure on the soil cement formed around the precast pile.


** Technology Outline
The technology relates to a method for burying a precast pile in use of a precast pile.

Provided is a method for burying a precast pile in which a borehole and a buried precast pile are strongly integrated, the end bearing capacity and the circumferential frictional force of the precast pile are increased, and the extraction resistance strength thereof is improved.

Provided is a method for burying a precast pile in which a foaming agent having an expanding effect is added to the cement milk or mortar in advance, whereby the soil cement formed around the base of the precast pile in the borehole is caused to expand.

This technology can arbitrarily adjust the expansion of soil cement.
For example, an expansion pressure is generated to expand a 100 cm diameter soil cement to any size, such as 102 cm, 103 cm, and 104 cm.

The expansion of soil cement can be arbitrarily adjusted by the amount of foaming agent(aluminum powder) added, and the strength of soil cement can be set.
The addition amount of aluminum powder(Selmec) is as small as about 30-300g /m3, and it is inexpensive and harmless.
In addition, Selmec can arbitrarily adjust the start time of expansion of the soil cement.

** Application of technology
This technology can be applied to the foundation pile construction method in which concrete, mortar, and cement are injected into the borehole.
Examples are cast-in-place concrete piles, ground improvement piles, micro piles, ground anchors, and the like.
