We provide Japanese 3-star Half-Wagyu & Shorthorn Wagyu: The Lean Red Wagyu.
We raise the cattle, and the meat is manufactured at a processing facility that is certified for export to your country.
Our Kinka Half-Wagyu Beef comes from our 3-star-ranked F1 cattle raised in Miyagi in northern Japan. Unlike Australian half-wagyu, our cattle are raised the same way as A4/A5 wagyu and have superior pedigrees only available in Japan, so the beef is guaranteed to be soft and tender. This brand is only bestowed on beef that is ranked 3-stars by the Japan Meat Grading Association, so it gets lots of marbling like full-blooded wagyu and has a similar aroma, texture, and flavor.
A rare breed, The Lean Red Wagyu (Japanese shorthorn) is low-fat but just as soft as regular wagyu (Japanese black). "The Red Wagyu" is a healthy brand of beef that is light in the stomach, and goes well with all types of dishes. Thinly-sliced beef with pasta or hot pot, or thick steak slices with a variety of sauces, The Red Wagyu adds tender, meaty flavor to your meals without weighing you down. The Red Wagyu is the premium lean brand of wagyu beef, 100% made in Japan.
In Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, many different restaurants serve our lower-fat shorthorn wagyu and 3-star wagyu, which is more reasonably-priced than A4/A5 wagyu. Our shorthorn wagyu is also gaining popularity in Taiwan for its beefy flavor, tenderness, and healthy nutritional profile. In Russia, the ribeye, sirloin, and tenderloin cuts from our A4/A5 wagyu are enjoyed as premium steaks. Our F1 beef is served as yakiniku in Singapore and Thailand. We currently export over 2 tonnes of beef each month, while about 30 tonnes are consumed in Japan.
