Land in Mexico with a Deposit of Silica Sand
<< DESCRIPTION >>
The land of 215 hectares is sold with a deposit of silica sand, which has not yet been exploited, with probable reserves in the order of 52 million cubic meters (equivalent to 85 million tons), for open-pit exploitation.
Located 60 kilometers from the Port of Coatzacoalcos, in the State of Veracruz, Mexico. The land is in front of a road, and there are railroad tracks 20 km away.
Samples from the brena deposit, analyzed by the laboratory, report 70% silica, and also 7% microclines, and 10% lytic, among others.
It is delivered with the request for the concession of a mining lot, which includes the land for sale, whose total area is 487 hectares, which significantly increases the reserves mentioned. The mining concession application was pending, but it has already been authorized. We can already count on it.
All documentation of the property is in order, and geological studies of the deposit are available.
595 million dollars negotiable.
I own the land of 215 hectares.
I have an application for a mining concession pending for an extension of 487 hectares, within which is my land. The transfer of this mining concession is included in the sale I am proposing.
