The land of 215 hectares is sold with a deposit of silica sand, which has not yet been exploited, with probable reserves in the order of 52 million cubic meters (equivalent to 85 million tons), for open-pit exploitation, and an estimated basaltic rock volume between 2 and 10 million cubic meters
Located 60 kilometers from the Port of Coatzacoalcos, in the State of Veracruz, Mexico. The land is in front of a road, and there are railroad tracks 20 km away.
Samples from the brena deposit, analyzed by the laboratory, report 70% silica, and also 7% microclines, and 10% lytic, among others.

All documentation of the property is in order, and geological studies of the deposit are available.
