Since the manufacturer's founding in 1943, they have been making soy sauce by the traditional manufacturing method of using cedar tree buckets and underground water of Nagaragawa stream in Gifu Prefecture, and maturing ingredients in cedar wood buckets for a long period of time.
Even today, their experienced brewing masters continue to use this method.
They are also committed to the development of new products that meet the needs of the age.
1)Tamari soy sauce

Full-flavored specialty soy sauce is made by the maker's brewing masters who are eager to preserve the tradition.
There are only a few soy sauce manufacturers in Japan producing soy sauce in wood buckets. The maker's brewing masters continue to practice traditional methods.
The maker practices the traditional method of two-year aging process without pasteurization.
Carefully selected soy beans and salt married with fine quality water transform to this smooth, rich soy sauce. Dipping Sashimi (pieces of raw fish) or Sushi in this sauce is very much recommended.
And this is mainly made from Soybeans, Wheat, Salt and Alcohol.
