Looking for New Distributor to Take Over Jewelry Stores in Japan

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an exclusive distributor/master franchise partner in Japan to take over the existing business and build it to the next level.
-Sectors: premium international jewelry (bracelets, necklaces, rings, earrings made from beads)
-Intention: to build the brand's current position to the next level and unfold the brands potential in Japan. The new partner will be required to build the brand and establish strong presence for the investee in targeted retail, travel retail, TV home shopping and through local e-commerce in Japan.
-Preferred partner: qualifications:
1. Understand, respect and enhance the brand
2. Have financial strength - consistent financial health, revenue generation and cash flow
3. Demonstrate retail store operational skills and track record
4. Assortment and inventory planning capabilities - capabilities, processes to select and flow product inventory
5. Management compatibility - quality and integrity of partner and relationship
6. Demonstrate deep industry knowledge, have strong references from working with other international brands
7. Be committed to this unique business opportunity, have the proper organisation
8. A good reputation in the industry
9. Obtain the requisite business contacts to secure retail space.
-Marketing: the brand provides a large range of marketing material and sponsorships, for the local partners best use and inspiration. The local partner is responsible for local PR and marketing.
-Margins: the brand offers margins that are 50%+ (minimum x 2 in markup + VAT) for partners.
The product stock is purchased and dispatched directly from our distribution hub in Denmark.
-Presence in Asia-Pacific: already well established, success in markets such as S. Korea, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Australia in corporation with local strategic partners.
-Next steps: the brand requests a 5-year business plan to demonstrate a vision in Japan
