御社がベトナムに納入した製品で、顧客の要望により変更せざるを得ないものも弊社で加工引き受けます。送り返すことなく、現地で対応出来ます。その方が安く、迅速に仕上がります。ご要望により指定国に送ることも可能です。

また、価格合わず失注してしまっている案件も、私たちにお任せ下さい。私たちが現地協力工場となり、ベトナムでの御社の実績をお作りします。

顧客の設計を基に、CNC機械（ワイヤーカット、フライス、旋盤）で製品を受託生産加工致します。ご要望に沿って他に負けない価格と品質を提供します。
良い関係を構築し、長期間サービスを提供させていただきたいと考えております。

*生産体制：
ベトナムの工場を2016年6月に開業し、すでに4台のCNC機械（旋盤、フライス、ワイヤーカット）を所有しています。2016年9月に、2台の平面研削盤とCNCフライスを搬入しました。

+/-0.015mmの精度で生産加工可能です。

納期は発注量によりますが、通常は約2〜3週間ほどです。お急ぎの場合は、できるだけご要望の納期に沿えるように致します。

We offer CNC Machining Processing Services to make customized parts such as mold, die, jigs and fixture.

We will take care of processing your delivered products in Vietnam if your customers ask you to do the modification. Instead of sending back, we will do it locally. Hence that will be cheaper and quicker turn-around time.We can deliver to your designated country upon your request.

Also let us look after the orders you are losing because of the price competition. We will become your local partnership factory, make sales records for you here in Vietnam.

We can make customized products based on customer drawing for the CNC wire-cut, milling and turning machines part. We offer competitive pricing and quality as customer requirement.

*Production system (capacity, equipment, skills, lead time):
Just started our factory in June 2016 in Vietnam.
We have 4 CNC machines Turning milling and wire-cut. We brought in 2 surface grinding machine and CNC milling machine in Sep. 2016.

We can do accuracy of +/-0.010mm.

Delivery time based on customer quantity. Normal time is about 2 to 3 weeks. For urgent cases we will try to follow customer request delivery time.
