Our company owns, develops and operates an industrial park, which is a 190 Hectares expandable to 500 Hectares. We are PEZA (Philippine Economic Zone Authority) registered economic zone.Tax Incentives will be available to locators that will register with Philippine Economic Zone Authority. The tax incentives are beneficial to foreign companies.
Our industrial park is located North of Metro Manila. Just a few minutes away from Clark Economic Zone. Just 15 minutes from Diosdado Macapagal International Airport. Transportation is never a problem. The City and environs are able to supply high quality english speaking and college educated labor force.
Locators may either settle in a lot and construct their own building or factory.Lot sizes may range from 5,000 square meters to 10 hectares or more.
Companies may also lease our warehouses. We are in the process of building/constructing warehouses now with floor area starting at 1,000 square meters.
