1. Membership
I forgot my password.
Click the link on the bottom of the login page “Forgot your password?” to reissue the password. To reset your password, you have to answer the secret question you registered. If you do not know the answer to the secret question, please contact Japan Street team from the inquiry from below.
I want to change my password.
Click change password below and reset your password. Or you can change your password from My page. Click “Settings” button on My page and select "to password change".
I want to cancel my membership/ I want to delete my account.
Please send your request from the inquiry form. You cannot cancel your membership by yourself.
2. Contacting Suppliers
What should I do if I want to contact a supplier to request a meeting or make an inquiry?
You can send meeting requests or inquiries in the following three ways.
  1. Each product page.
  2. Each company page.
  3. Favorite list
After Japan Street Team confirms your inquiry, and we will reply to the best of our ability within 3 business days. If you have not heard from us after 3 business days, please contact Japan Street team from the inquiry form below.
3. Item Inquiry
What should I do if I cannot find the product I am looking for?
Please fill out the item inquiry form below. Japan Street team will work with JETRO offices and related organizations throughout Japan to create a list of candidate companies and get back to you. Please understand that it takes 1~2 weeks for the listing process. In some cases, we may not be able to find suitable companies or products as a result.
